From silicon steel coil to finished part, in our own plant
Beyond raw material supply, HXES runs its own processing plant. Primary processing covers slitting, cut-to-length and transformer lamination cutting; finishing covers transformer core stacking, motor lamination stamping and stator insulation coating. We deliver parts ready for assembly, made to your drawings.
HXES processing base in Hunan
Processing is carried out at Hunan Liangang Friend Parts Processing Co., Ltd., which is under the same ownership as HXES (Guangzhou Huaxin Industrial Co., Ltd.). Sales, export and customer service are handled from our Guangzhou office.

Coil slitting and cutting
Full coils of grain-oriented and non-oriented silicon steel are slit into narrow coils or cut into sheets — standard blanks for our stamping and core lines, also supplied directly to customers.
SlittingSlitting
Coils are uncoiled, slit to the required widths and recoiled, with width and edge burr checked in line. Used for transformer laminations and motor lamination blanks.

Grain-oriented strip is cut into 45° mitred and step-lap laminations to the core drawing, then grouped in stacking order for the core shop.

Three-phase stacked cores are built to drawing and clamped, delivered as bare cores or with clamping frames, fully wrapped for transport.
